Some facts and frequently asked questions for those attending classes
What should I wear?
Just wear any loose and comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement. Trainers are not necessary as yoga is practiced barefoot.
I am pregnant
The classes are not adapted for pregnancy. We advise going to a specialised pregnancy class.
Should I bring a mat?
Do please bring a mat if you would like, however we can provide them.
What else should I bring?
You might want to bring a warm jumper or blanket for the final relaxation part of the class and some water.
I have a medical condition
If you have a medical condition you would like to discuss prior to the class, please use the contact details or talk to the teacher before the start of the class.
What about cancelling?
We realise everyone is busy and things can change, so you can cancel up until the start of the class by getting in touch and we will issue a full refund. Occasionally we may need to cancel a session, in which case your payment would be refunded.
