Teachers
Sarah Scott
I was introduced to yoga in my teens, over 30 years ago.

Having tried many different approaches to seek greater balance and ease in my busy life (and brain!) I have found developing regular home yoga practice - with mindful movement, meditation and breathwork - to be the most powerful and effective. Yoga helps me to accept and respond to the rhythms of life, moods, seasons and work, in a grounded and compassionate way.

My passion as a teacher is to share my practice with others and support my students to learn and harness the tools of yoga to enrich their daily lives - physically and mentally.

As well as teaching yoga I work as an international development and peacebuilding consultant. I also love to walk, sail, play tennis, read, listen to music and spend time with my family.
